2027 Terms & Conditions

Please review these Terms & Conditions before taking the next steps to confirm you are in agreement. Your acceptance into this gathering requires full agreement to all of these terms.

All payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable for ANY reason. Payments cannot be transferred to other participants nor to future in person gatherings. Please understand that in order to continue operating these events, we can not make ANY exceptions due to injury, illness, job loss, financial challenges, or any other reasons.

Please purchase travel insurance to cover your costs in case of emergency as soon as you register for the event.

Payment of the deposit ($1000) is required to reserve your space. The remaining balance or 3 month payment plan is due by October 15th. Failure to complete payments on time may result in your space being given to someone else with no refunds for prior payments.

Closer to the date of the event you will be required to sign a standard Liability Waiver Form and Sacred Group Agreements. Failure to complete this mandatory step will result in the forfeiture of your spot with no refunds. You will also be required to submit your proof of travel insurance, emergency contact, and travel information so that we can support you in the rare unlikely case of an emergency.

Bonus gifts will be released October 15th, 2026. Due to the high value nature of the bonus gifts included in this offering, all digital courses, pre-recorded content, masterclasses, and bonus portal materials will only be released once payment is made in full.

In the rare case of a Force Majeure (natural disasters, border closures, pandemics, state of war, or ‘acts of Goddess’ beyond our control), we will do our best to reschedule the retreat within one year. If we’re not able to reschedule, NO CASH REFUNDS will be issued. Instead, you will receive a credit voucher equal to 100% of your paid funds, valid for 3 years toward any future Earth Daughters ONLINE offerings.

To protect your investment against these rare events, you are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

In the rare and unlikely event that we elect to cancel the retreat due to low enrollment or unexpected circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made, issued within 60 days of cancellation. Alternatively, you can choose an immediate full balance transfer toward any future offering valid for 3 years. Please note that your personal travel bookings, flights, and expenses are non-refundable by Earth Daughters. This is why purchasing travel insurance is mandatory.

In the extremely rare case that Camille becomes ill or injured during the event to the extent that she is unable to facilitate (in the case that she is bedridden, unable to speak or move, cannot walk, has severe illness or food poisoning, or is hospitalized), she will do her best to offer you the space to explore the program as a group without her, and she will make up for any lost sessions through offering you an online version at a later date, to be arranged based upon her recovery process. (Camille is 100% committed unless she is completely incapacitated and unable to physically be present.)

In the rare case of travel emergencies, injuries, or damages, to protect yourself, Camille Willemain, and our team, you are required to purchase travel insurance for this event within 14 days of registering. It’s a small extra cost but creates a lot of added transparency, safety, and security so we can relax and know we’re all covered in the rare case of emergencies.

Participation is fundamental for this experience and creates group safety and trust. You agree to only register if you commit to attending all of our ceremonies, except in the unlikely case of illness or injury. Please only register if you are excited to attend all of our group practices.

We have a full program during the days of our event. Do not expect or plan to work, study, or have other travel plans outside of our group program. Delphi itself is a very small village, meals are in your own time and there will be free space to wander the village and go shopping in the afternoons and evenings if you desire.

Travel delays happen. To ensure you arrive to our event on time, before our group Opening Ceremony, please arrive to Greece at least a day early, to give yourself extra buffer time in case of unexpected flight delays or other travel cancellations. Please also give yourself time to adjust for jet lag and time zone differences if you’re coming from another region of the world.

All practices are done at your own risk and are not a replacement for therapy or professional mental and physical health services. Camille Willemain and her team assume no liability for any injuries (physical or psychological) incurred during the event. Please ensure you are in a physically, mentally, and emotionally stable place and have the capacity to self regulate and support yourself through intense inner processes.

Camille Willemain assumes no liability for any injuries or damages incurred through this event. All practices are taken at your own risk through your own free will choice. When you register you understand that Camille Willemain and her support staff are not medical nor psychological professionals and this is a group offering not personal one to one support. You also understand that travel inherently comes with risks and our pilgrimages include walking on uneven, unpaved, uphill trails in mountains, in nature during summer weather in Greece. You will be required to sign a legal waiver before the event begins, and to purchase travel insurance.

We will move our bodies a lot each day. Our pilgrimages and excursions in Delphi require walking on rugged trails in nature in summer Greek sun and heat. Please only register if you are in a stable physical state for a lot of daily movement in nature.

This event is not for beginners. Camille Willemain facilitates at an advanced level, and will not be explaining basic meditation nor ceremonial concepts, and expects you to already have a foundation of spiritual practice. Further, our practices can be intense in nature and may include shaking, sounding, emotional release, and chaotic music or processes, to activate transcendental states and unlock deeper awareness, gnosis, and freedom.

You agree to take responsibility for your experience. Please only register if you have a solid foundation of personal practice, self awareness, emotional maturity, and the capacity to self regulate and self manage. Please come with the understanding that Camille cannot give preferential treatment to anyone as her energy is fully oriented to the group whole, and you’re expected to make sure you have what you need for field trips and to self navigate any triggers that may arise, realizing we are in a small circle doing deep work together.

Antagonistic behaviors directed towards Camille or any other participants including blaming, shaming, projecting, and initiating Drama Triangle dynamics are all grounds for you being asked to leave this event. Please also understand that while this is an intimate gathering, Camille is your facilitator and to treat her and her home (our temple) with those boundaries of respect not asking her for personal favors or additional resources from her personal home environment.

You agree to have a foundation of experience with Camille Willemain’s work specifically, either through past enrollment in Whole Woman Mystery School, Awakening Aphrodite, Queen of the Underworld, Priestesses of Gaia, Medicine Women, Love Siren, or through Camille’s free online workshops. This ensures you know that you resonate with Camille’s teaching style and that it’s the right fit for where you are currently on your journey. Camille assumes no liability if you later decide you don’t resonate with Camille’s teachings or it’s no longer the right fit for you.

Your registration includes participation in our group event, and does not include private mentorship before, during, or after the event from Camille Willemain or her support staff. It does include a private online community group and Pilgrimage Planning Portal, but does not include 1:1 personal travel guidance. Please be self sufficient in organizing your travels and consult the provided travel guides. This is so that Camille can focus her energy on providing you with the most phenomenal teachings and practices possible.

It also does not include leaning on other participants as therapy professionals or healers. If you desire or need personal one on one support, please set up space to have private online sessions with your therapist, mentors, healers, or family and friends. Of course, when mutually agreed upon and reciprocal, sharing with other sisters during your free time can also be deeply supportive. Always ask for consent first.

This event is facilitated as intellectual property of Camille Willemain, Earth Daughters, and cannot be replicated for commercial use. That includes not replicating specific teachings, any of the materials, or Camille’s playlists. Recording audio or video of practices is prohibited, both due to intellectual property infringement as well as respect for the privacy of all participants.

This gathering is also not a facilitator training and does not qualify you to teach a particular modality. Rather, this gathering is designed to support you in discovering and deepening your voice, your truth, your gifts, and your calling.

What you uncover, integrate, embody, and reclaim during this gathering can absolutely support the work you are already qualified to guide, or may help direct you towards the next steps for trainings and qualifications. However it does not accredit you to teach any particular modality.

When you register you agree to respect the bodies and souls of all women attending including our staff members. You agree that you will not touch another body without consent, make comments about another’s body, sexually engage with or make sexual comments towards any participants or staff members, make any form of racial comments about another participant or staff member, nor engage in gossip about any participants or staff members.

Please do not touch other participants during any meditations or transcendental processes. If you see someone you believe needs support, please instead alert Camille. This is for your safety and theirs.

To create a safe and cohesive environment for everyone, this event is alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, hallucinogenics, and substance free. Our practices are NOT SAFE in combination with these substances and they will interfere with the coherence of our group field. When you register you agree to refrain from taking any and all mind altering substances during the entirety of the event, including any form of psychedelic plant medicines, mushrooms, or THC.

You agree to not drink alcohol during our event, as this is contraindicated with our practices and may impact our group safety. You agree to refrain from smoking cigarettes, vaping, or chewing tobacco during the event, as this can create an allergenic environment for participants and staff.

If you are currently taking medications, you agree to disclose which medications you take on your application form. This is to ensure we do not guide practices that are contraindicated with your medications. If you feel called or guided to go off of your medications, our event is not a safe nor appropriate place to do this. Please do so under the guidance of your health practitioner, once you are back home in your own living space. This is for your personal safety and the safety of all participants.

You agree to not use any chemical scents or chemical perfumes during this event, including chemical insect repellent, to create a safe and non allergenic group environment. Refraining from chemical sunscreen and opting for reef safe alternatives with all of your toiletries is highly encouraged to protect the delicate eco systems of our environment. This way we create a low-allergenic environment where everyone feels healthy and safe, and we respect the environment of Delphi. Please seek out natural non-toxic alternatives. 100% pure essential oils can be worn and brought to our ceremonies if you desire.

We cannot guarantee a completely allergy free event. If you have severe allergies that require a high level of diligence, we may not be able to accommodate your needs. It will also be summer in Greece, and many different plants will be in bloom and we’ll spend a lot of time outdoors in nature. We will also have essential oils, resins, and herbs burning in some of our rituals. Many of our ceremonies will be outside in nature which can be an allergenic environment. If you know you have allergies, please plan accordingly for your comfort and safety and consider how this might impact you.

To support a cohesive, sacred group experience, phones, tablets, laptops, and other forms of technology must be kept out of our ceremonies. Please do not take photos or videos during our practices and please keep phones and devices turned off during ceremonies. This is to respect everyone’s privacy and to foster an environment of safety, depth, presence, and sacredness.

Because I understand we will want to take photos of our ceremonies and pilgrimage sites, I will offer guidance for when it’s ok to take photos, so we can go deep in our rituals without distractions, while still having beautiful memories of our experience. If you don’t want to be part of group photos, please communicate that in the moment.

As this event takes place in Camille’s personal home in Delphi, you agree to follow house agreements including only entering designated areas and not entering areas off limits, not coming to Camille’s home outside of designated practice hours, and not causing damage to Camille’s home or possessions.

By confirming your space, you agree to step both feet fully in for your transformation, to ride the waves of resistance that may come, to take responsibility for your experience, to self regulate through emotional intensity, to be present and unplug, to receive the fullness of what this experience has to offer you, and to cherish, celebrate, and enjoy the magic and the medicine we co-create together.

Because group dynamics are so vital in this work, and we’re an intimate circle of just 6 women in Camille’s personal home, it’s essential that you come willing and open for genuine connection, depth, and growth, take full responsibility for your experience, treat Camille and all participants with respect, and manage your own potential triggers and projections.
